The Acceptable Use Policy defines the lawful and responsible ways subscribers may use the network. Our Open Internet Compliance statement sets out our commitment to an open, fair internet.

Privacy and copyright

The Privacy Policy explains what personal information HVW collects from subscribers and website visitors, how it is used and protected, including SMS and text messaging. The DMCA Policy sets out our policy under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
