1. Submit your cancellation by submitting a ticket or through your online account — within 30 days of your service activation date.
2. We send you a return authorization with shipping instructions, or schedule a technician to remove any exterior-mounted equipment for a fee.
3. Return every item in your kit — radio, power supply, router, cables, and mounting hardware — undamaged and in original condition, in the original packaging where possible.
4. Ship or hand off the equipment within 14 days of your cancellation confirmation.
5. We inspect the returned equipment and issue your refund to the original payment method within 30 days of receipt.

Return & Refund Details

• Cancellation must be received in writing within 30 days of your activation date.
• All equipment must be returned complete and undamaged, including the radio, power supply, router, cables, and mounting hardware.
• Exterior and roof-mounted equipment may be removed by a Hudson Valley Wireless technician for a fee. We'll need reasonable access to the property to complete removal.
• Equipment must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation confirmation. Items not returned, or returned damaged beyond normal wear, are billed at replacement cost. The account will continue to accrue charges until the equipment is returned.
• Your refund covers equipment charges and service fees paid. Custom installation and non-standard labor, taxes, and regulatory fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned equipment.
• Any unpaid balance on the account must be brought current before a refund is issued.
• The guarantee applies once per customer, per service address.
