Event and Venue Wi-Fi

A field that is empty on Thursday has four thousand phones on it by Saturday, and every vendor needs to take a card payment. Event Wi-Fi is a different engineering problem from office Wi-Fi, and it has to be right the first weekend, because there is no second one.

Temporary by design

We deploy connectivity for a weekend, a season or a build period and remove it afterwards, on the same equipment and the same engineering we use for permanent installs. Fairgrounds, festivals, races, farmers markets, construction sites and disaster recovery all run on the same approach.

Density is the hard part

Thousands of devices in a few acres is not a coverage problem, it is a capacity problem. The design starts from how many people will be standing where, and controls what each session is allowed to consume.

The portal is worth something to your sponsors

A branded login page with sponsor attribution turns the network into inventory you can sell, and the reporting afterwards tells you what the weekend was actually worth.
