Master Services Agreement

What This MSA Covers

This agreement applies to Nitro Broadband, Nitro 2.0, Nitro Freedom Select, Standard Broadband, and Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) services. It excludes Legacy/Classic, Wholesale, or Transport products.

Scope, Modifications, and Acceptance

Use of services constitutes acceptance. Modifications are posted at hvwisp.com/policies.

Subscriber Responsibilities and Liability

Subscribers are responsible for all users and equipment at their location. Use is limited to the household (residential) or authorized employees/patrons (business). Reselling or redistribution is prohibited.

Service Features, Speeds, and Billing

Speeds are measured to the HVW access point. Billing is monthly with the first month prorated. Usage-based billing alerts are sent at 75% threshold (except for unlimited plans).

Technical Support and Point of Demarcation

Support is provided up to the HVW Antenna and Router. Troubleshooting beyond that point may incur additional charges.
