Service Terms

Covers fixed wireless internet, managed Wi-Fi, and Dedicated Internet Access (DIA). Availability depends on line of sight. Equipment remains Hudson Valley Wireless property.

Billing and Payment

Monthly billing in advance. First month prorated. Late fees and suspension for past-due accounts. 30-day notice for price changes.

Subscriber Obligations

Use for lawful purposes only. Maintain account security. Do not tamper with equipment. Provide access for maintenance.

SMS/Text Message Consent

Opt-in consent for account and service alerts. Text "STOP" to opt out. Text "HELP" for support. No sharing of information for third-party marketing.

Limitation of Liability

Liability capped at one month's service fee. No liability for indirect or consequential damages or weather-related interruptions.

Termination

30 days' written notice required. Immediate termination for violations. Equipment must be returned within 30 days of termination.

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes resolved in New York courts.
