How to log in to the Customer Portal

Which portal to use, how to sign in, and what you can do once you are in.

1. Open the Customer Portal page Go to hvwisp.com/portal. The page lists both portals and which accounts use each.
2. Choose your portal New customers and recently migrated accounts use the New Portal at connect.hvwisp.com. Older accounts that have not been migrated use the Legacy Portal at portal.hvwisp.com.
3. Sign in Sign in with your account credentials. If you are not sure which portal is yours or cannot sign in, call (518) 458-7006 or email info@hvwisp.com and we will point you in the right direction.
4. Manage your account From the portal you can view invoices, pay your bill, manage your service and submit or track support requests.
