A Customer Service Representative’s primary role is to serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. The CSR will assist with Dispatch, Technical Support, Process Inbound Sales/Orders, Billing Inquiries and other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of related experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
