A Customer Service Representative’s primary role is to serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. The CSR also attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. The CSR will assist with Dispatch, Technical Support, Processing Inbound Sales/Orders, Billing Inquiries, and other duties as assigned.
